BillPhoto AI is a place to put the bills that otherwise fade in a drawer. Add a bill with its photo, record what it cost and what was on it, and mark the warranty and return dates. When something breaks eleven months later, you can find the bill in seconds instead of turning the house upside down.

Everything is stored in your browser on your own device. There is no account and no server, so your spending is not visible to us or to anyone else.

What it does

• Bill photos — attach the picture, because thermal receipts fade to blank within a year and a photograph does not.
• Warranty and return tracking — items are grouped as active, expiring soon, expired, or return-window closing, so you act before a deadline rather than after it.
• Expense reports — monthly totals, category breakdowns, personal versus business, spending trends and your most-used vendors.
• Search and filter — by vendor, item, bill number, amount or category.
• Copy a summary — a WhatsApp-friendly summary of any bill, handy when claiming from someone.
• CSV export and JSON backup — your data stays yours and can be taken out at any time.

Why the warranty date is the useful part

Most warranty claims fail on paperwork rather than on merit. The product is genuinely faulty and genuinely within its term, but the bill is gone, illegible, or nobody remembers the date of purchase. A photographed bill with the purchase date recorded solves nearly all of that. Return windows are worse, because they are short — seven or ten days — and quietly expire while an unopened box sits in a corner.

The same records make the annual scramble easier: business expenses, insurance claims after damage, and proof of ownership are all much simpler when the bill still exists.
