Your data stays on your device
Banao creates every resume and marriage bio-data entirely inside your browser. The details you type, and any photo you add, are not uploaded to any server and are never seen by us or anyone else.
Information we store
- Your documents: as you work, your current resume and bio-data are auto-saved in your browser's localStorage on this device only, and if you tap “Save” a copy is kept in a list on this device. They never leave your device, and you can clear them anytime from the app or your browser settings.
- Theme preference: a small setting for light/dark mode.
- Standard logs: our hosting may keep anonymised technical access logs for security.
We do not have a server-side database. If you clear your browser data or use a different device, your saved documents will not be available.
Advertising & cookies
We may show ads via Google AdSense to keep Banao free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. See how Google uses data.
Children's privacy
Banao is a general-audience utility and not directed at children under 13.
