Instead of a paper bahi khata that tears, goes missing, or gets argued over at the end of the month, you keep one running balance per person — what you gave, what you got, and exactly how much is pending today. It opens straight in your browser, works with no internet, and every rupee you record stays on your own phone.
Just a name is enough. Add their 10-digit mobile number as well if you want to send reminders later — it stays optional, and you can add it any time.
Tap You gave when goods leave the shop on credit, and You got when cash comes in. Add a short note like “2 kg atta” or “part payment” and set the date, so months later nobody has to remember what the amount was for.
Every customer shows a live pending figure, and the home screen totals up You will get and You will give across the whole shop. One tap opens WhatsApp with a polite, ready-written message carrying the person’s name and the exact amount.
Entries save the moment you tap Save. A weak signal at the shop — or none at all — changes nothing.

Khata has no export or cloud backup yet, so treat it the way you would treat a paper khata kept in one drawer.
Clearing browsing data, site data or cache for this site, opening it in a private or incognito window, or uninstalling the app after adding it to your home screen. Simply closing the tab or restarting the phone is completely safe.
Yes. Add the supplier exactly like a customer. Use You got for stock received on credit and You gave for payments you make — the balance then appears under You will give instead.
A khata — paper or digital — is your own book of account, not a signed agreement. Books of account that are kept regularly do carry weight as supporting evidence, but they do not replace a proper bill or invoice. For large credit amounts, keep the invoice as well.
Yes, in any modern browser. On a phone you can also install it to the home screen from the browser menu, after which it opens full screen like a normal app and still works offline.
