Before you write
Most messages fall into one of four kinds, and a few details in the first email usually saves a round of back and forth.
Something is not working
Tell us which app, what you tapped, and what happened instead of what you expected. The two details that help most are the browser you were using (Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet) and whether it is a phone or a computer — a surprising number of problems turn out to be one browser behaving differently from the rest. If a page looked wrong, a screenshot settles it faster than a description.
You want a new app, or a change to one
Describe the job you are trying to get done rather than the feature you have in mind. Knowing that you need to hand a customer a price list on WhatsApp tells us more than a request for a PDF button, and often the answer is that one of the existing apps already does it.
A question about your data
The short answer for nearly every app here is that your data never leaves your device. These are browser apps with no account and no server behind them, so what you type or upload stays in your own browser storage — which also means clearing your browser data for a site erases that app's data permanently, and it does not follow you to another phone. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full, and each app has its own privacy page linked from its footer.
Business or licensing
If you want to use one of these tools inside your own business, or want something similar built for you, say what you need and roughly when. Email is the right channel for this.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover data from an app after you have cleared your browser storage — there is no copy anywhere for us to restore, which is the trade that comes with nothing being uploaded in the first place. We also cannot give legal, medical or financial advice: the apps that touch those areas are calculators and templates, not professional guidance, and each says so on its own page.
