Privacy Policy

Short version: your data stays on your device. No sign-up, no upload, no server.

KarigarFlow has no backend and no account system. Every production order, karigar, piece rate, payment, material entry and style photo you enter is stored only in your own browser, on the device you are using. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

What is stored, and where

KarigarFlow saves your data in your browser's IndexedDB storage. That includes:

Production orders — order and style numbers, product, colour, customer, sizes, quantities, stages
Karigars — name, phone, skill, default piece rate, opening balance
Money records — earnings, advances, payments and outstanding balances
Material issue records
Style photos you upload, which are compressed on your device before being saved

Because this data lives in the browser, it is visible only to someone using that browser profile on that device. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the app or using "private/incognito" mode will remove it. Use Data Tools → Backup to export a JSON file before you clear anything.

Photos

Style photos never leave your device. They are resized and compressed locally and stored alongside the order. There is no upload step and no image server.

PDFs and exports

Job sheets, karigar ledgers and JSON backups are generated on your device and saved straight to your downloads. Nothing is transmitted while generating them.

Advertising

This page and the app are hosted on appsbyv.in, which uses Google AdSense to cover hosting costs. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. KarigarFlow itself sends none of your business data to Google or to any advertiser — the ad code has no access to your IndexedDB records.

Analytics

KarigarFlow does not run any analytics, tracking pixels or user profiling of its own.

Children

KarigarFlow is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
