Turn a WhatsApp order into a slip both sides can agree on
Most small-shop orders arrive as a WhatsApp conversation — a photo, a few messages, an amount agreed somewhere in the middle, and an advance paid on trust. WhatsOrder Slip turns that into one clean order slip: who ordered, what they ordered, the item photo, how much was paid in advance and what is still due on delivery. You send it back on WhatsApp as an image or a PDF, and the argument three weeks later simply does not happen.
How it works

Fill the order details
Customer name and number, the items, the amount, and a photo of the piece if there is one. A live preview shows the finished slip as you type, so you catch a wrong figure before the customer does.

Record the advance
Enter what has been paid now and the balance is worked out for you. That single line — advance taken, balance due — is the reason to make the slip at all.

Send it and track it
Share straight to WhatsApp, or save it as a PNG or PDF. The order stays in your order book, where you can mark it pending, paid or delivered as it moves.

The advance is on record
Both sides have the same figure in writing, with a date. Disputes about how much was paid up front mostly come from nobody having written it down.
The photo travels with the order
Attaching the item picture to the slip settles the other common argument — whether this is the piece that was actually ordered.

Every slip stays in the order list, so you can see what is pending, what is delivered and what money is still to come.

Questions people ask
Is an order slip the same as a GST invoice?
No. This is an order confirmation and payment record, not a tax invoice — it has no GSTIN, no HSN codes and no tax breakup. If your customer needs a GST bill, raise one separately; a free generator for that is linked below.
Does it read my WhatsApp messages or send them for me?
No. It has no access to WhatsApp at all. You type the order in yourself, and when you tap share, your phone's normal WhatsApp share sheet opens with the slip attached — you choose the chat and you press send.
Where are my orders and customer numbers stored?
On this device, in this browser, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server holding your customer list.
What if I change phones or clear my browser?
The orders do not follow you and clearing site data erases them. Use the JSON backup in Settings before switching phones, and keep the file somewhere safe — it is the only copy.
Can I see what is still owed to me overall?
Yes. Orders carry their own status and balance, and a summary PDF pulls the day's slips together, so pending money is visible rather than scattered across chats.
